The second attempt to launch the Forgotten Landscapes Kick starter has failed. I have decided to once again, take it back to the drawing board and redevelop it so I can obtain some European Union film grants. In the meantime, I have launched a new Kick starter called HISAPP which is something wonderfully new. It is an interactive timeline based search application that allows students and researchers an clear and easy way to view primary and secondary source information online. It takes the best of search and social media engines in a unique take. I came across the idea sometime ago after years of conducting research online and in archives becoming frustrated with the way to find material over the vast libraries and online sites. I hope it will be successful but who knows, it is a bit of a entry for Wanted Media as it is a first potential project in technology but it is one that is near to my heart.
