Today I visited Mysterium Fidei, a four hundred year old monastery located in Valletta. Recently open to the public I jumped on the chance to peer inside this time capsule and let my imagination run free.

Between the Lines of Time
The clandestine monarch served her time.
Ready to relieve her laurels she retreats to her country estate.
The garden becomes her new kingdom.
Days turn to years which merge into decades.
She fades into history.
Static legacy molded onto mediums but her plants live on.
